This concept map shows just a few of the many Web 2.0 tools that are out there. I am a big fan of Google Doc; its really nice to be able to open documents anywhere and work on them. Skype is also an incredible tool and resource. You can call anyone, anywhere as long as you both have Skype for free. It is a great tool for communication and sharing.
